Identity and purity

Every batch arrives with the manufacturer's certificate of analysis. It states purity by HPLC and identity by mass spectrometry, and names the laboratory that carried out the testing.

The certificate for the batch you were supplied is available on request, quoting your order reference.

Safety data sheets

A current safety data sheet is enclosed with every shipment, and is available on request for any compound you have ordered.

Storage and shipping

Units are stored and shipped as the manufacturer specifies. Shipments are tracked and go in plain unbranded outer packaging to the delivery address on the order. No diluents or accessories are supplied.

Batch records

Batches are recorded on receipt with the manufacturer's number, the certificate of analysis and the date they arrived. The batch supplied against each line of an order is recorded against that order.

That record runs both ways: we can say which batch you were sent, and — if a batch is ever withdrawn — which orders it went to, so that everyone who received it can be contacted with the batch number and the reason.
