How ordering works
What you confirm before ordering, and how payment and delivery work.
Conditions of supply
Accepted on entry to the site and re-affirmed on every order.
- You are 18 years of age or older
- The reagents are acquired for laboratory research use only
- They are not administered to humans
- Any use in animals is under an approved ethics protocol
- They are not resold or supplied on to anyone else
Some compounds are supplied only where the purchaser holds a licence, authority or permit for them. Where that applies it is stated on the data sheet, and a copy is requested before the order is accepted.

Order
List prices are published in the catalogue. Add the packs you want to the cart and check out with a delivery address. There are two declarations: that you are 18 or over, and that you accept the Research Use Policy and the Terms of supply. There is no account to open.

Pay
The order page shows the amount and the address to send it to. Payment is in USDT or USDC, in full before dispatch. No invoice is issued and no credit is offered.

Confirmation
Submit the transaction hash from the payment. A person checks it has arrived before anything ships, usually within one business day.

Delivery
Orders ship tracked, in plain unbranded outer packaging, to the delivery address on the order. Post-office boxes, locked bags and parcel lockers are not accepted. Units ship with the batch certificate of analysis, the safety data sheet and the storage instructions.

After delivery
The batch supplied against each line of your order is recorded, with the manufacturer's certificate of analysis for it. If a batch is withdrawn, everyone who received it is contacted with the batch number and the reason.
