How ordering works
What you confirm before ordering, and how payment and delivery work.
Conditions of supply
Accepted on entry to the site and re-affirmed on every order.

- The reagents are acquired for laboratory research use only
- They are not administered to humans
- Any use in animals is under an approved ethics protocol
- They are not resold or supplied on to anyone else
Some compounds are supplied only where the purchaser holds a licence, authority or permit for them. Where that applies you are told before the order is accepted, and a copy is requested then.

Order
List prices are published in the catalogue, include GST and are what you pay: nothing is added at checkout and delivery is free. Add the packs you want to the cart and check out with a delivery address. There are two declarations: that you are 18 or over, and that you accept the Research Use Policy and the Terms of supply. There is no account to open.

Pay
The order page shows the amount due in Australian dollars. Paying takes you to our payment provider, where you choose the coin you want to pay in — Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC and over 200 others. It converts the amount at the rate at that moment and gives you an address used for your payment and no one else's, which is how your payment is matched to your order without you doing anything. Send the amount it quotes: an exchange withdrawal fee taken out of it leaves the order short and unpaid until the difference arrives. Payment is in full before dispatch. No invoice is issued and no credit is offered.

Confirmation
You do not have to tell us anything, and there is no transaction hash to find. The provider tells us the moment your payment appears, and we email you then. When it has confirmed on the network — usually minutes later — the order moves to paid by itself, we email you again, and the order goes to be packed. Your order page shows where it has got to at any point.

Delivery
Delivery is free on every order. Orders ship tracked, in plain unbranded outer packaging, to the delivery address on the order. Post-office boxes, locked bags and parcel lockers are not accepted. No documentation is enclosed in the parcel: the certificate for your batch is published on this site, and the step below explains how to reach it. Tracking appears on your order page once the parcel is with the carrier, with the carrier's own scans as they happen. If the delivery address is wrong, reply to the confirmation email the same day: once the order is packed it cannot be changed.

After delivery
The batch number is printed on the box. Enter it on the batch page to see the test results and the certificate for exactly what you were sent. If a batch is ever withdrawn, that page says so with the reason, and everyone we can identify as having received it is contacted directly.
